WiFi driver is stable now.

This increases the size of the root filesystem when GLUON_DEBUG is
enabled. Otherwise, the filesystem is too small.

Closes #1907

The Aruba Instant On AP11 is the Aruba AP-303 with a stripped-down
firmware. Add an alias for the device to remove confusion about the
different naming.
