remove deprecated GLUON_BRANCH

Makefile:32: *** Warning: GLUON_BRANCH has been deprecated, please set GLUON_AUTOUPDATER_BRANCH and GLUON_AUTOUPDATER_ENABLED instead.

So let's use the new variables now.
