Bump OpenWrt to 24.10-rc2
This bumps OpenWrt to 24.10-rc2 for testing as in https://github.com/freifunk-gluon/gluon/pull/3370.
Additionally, the support for the Ubiquiti EdgeRouter X is re-added due to fixes in OpenWrt after the PR was created.
Support for xiaomi-redmi-router-ax6s is dropped, I didn't investigate it further, as we have no devices in FFS.
Hopefully, the issues with wifi crashes of some devices as in https://github.com/freifunk-gluon/gluon/issues/3154 are then no longer such a nuisance.
