In addition to the global gluon modules file, there can be a site
specific modules file.

Using that, it's not necessary to manually edit the gluon modules file
to add the offline-ssid feature.

Use the frist and the last part of the nodename for the offline ssid, otherwise a long prefix in the nodename will be a problem

we definitely depend on this packages, but the build fails with them. Maybe because we use the legacy version
